Welcome to the Small Business Express Administration System website. Through this system you will administer your website without the need for technical support or any special skills or knowledge.
After you have accessed the administration system through the user name and password, you will access the main menu page for your administration system website. This is the initial screen you see upon entering and is your system “Home” page.

From your administration “Home” page you can navigate to the appropriate System Manager Tool "Content Manager." The following tools are available through this system (if installed by Infolink into your specific website solution.)
Content Manager
Use the Content Manager to administer the content for every page or database-driven content. The Content Manager provides access to each of the powerful functional tool managers specifically built into your customized Internet solution. These tool managers include:

On all pages that allow for modification of the website information, you will be able to update your changes by selecting the “save changes” button on the bottom of the respective page (note: sometimes the save function is titled “Edit” or “Create”). If you have made changes and decide to not implement them then simply return to a different page, database module record or logout of the Administrative website.
Intranet
Use your Intranet to manage both Intranet Users and User documents in a secure online process.

Language Options
Through the “Language Options” you will be able to display site content in any of the languages that you prefer, both in the front end and in the administrative interface. In fact, you may use your administrative interface in one language and actually change the content in another.

Use the Site Settings to administer your global settings. There are 5 main sections; general, site-wide meta data, the look & feel of the website, FAQ configuration and the product catalog of your site.

This page allows you to administer the site messages about your website.


Use the Image Manager to manage images for the Page Content Manager. Through this page you can add, delete or select the images you want to manage for your website. The images you have selected for your website will be stored on the host server. Once you have loaded the appropriate images onto the host server you can add the image to your selected page through the Page Content Manager.

Site Administrator
Through this option you may configure the site administrator account. As a safety feature only the administrator
can access the administrative interface.
You may now go back and forth between your public website and the administration system and view the changes as they are updated to your website. Remember to use the F5 key or the refresh button to refresh your Internet window after you have made changes to any page through your administrative system website.

Logout
This button takes you back to the site to view your changes. If you desire to view your website at the same time as you are administering the site, you may view multiple windows on your PC by taking these steps:

Through the section manager you may specify which buttons you want to display throughout the website. You may also rename the modules through the section titled “Menu Label.” You may also specify the button position provided to your website visitor within the respective website page. To display a specific url you type the url into the appropriate text box. The url can be displayed in the same window or as a new a pop up window.

Infolink Job Opportunities is a user-friendly database-driven module which allows you to easily publish and maintain a listing of job opening and opportunities on your web site. You may categorize the job openings and publish details on their requirements, contact information, etc.

The Infolink Events manager provides you with a database driven tool to easily add, modify or delete important organizational events. The Event Manager tool is accessed through the “Content Page” of the administration system website.

The Infolink Employee Directory module is a friendly database-driven product to quickly add a directory of employees or staff to your web site. It includes the administrative interface that allows you to easily maintain your listings.
